Dear Ted,
My Alex loves stuffed animals as much as I loved you and my other friends when I was younger.
Irma saw that Alex was mad and suggested all sorts of ways to calm himself including going into the other room and throwing his stuffed animals.
He suddenly stopped being angry and looked puzzled at his mother.
"But they are my friends."
